Job Description:

Techception is looking for a tech-savvy, passionate, and energetic Customer Support Executive. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. An ideal customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • ● Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
  • ● Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • ● Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • ● Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

  • ● Take the extra mile to engage customers
Job Requirements:
  • ● Good communication skills (US English Accent)
  • ● The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • ● Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus
  • ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • ● familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • ● A minimum Bachelor’s degree or experience/Certifications can exempt someone from the minimum required qualifications.
