Job Description:
Techception is looking for a tech-savvy, result-oriented creative Social Media manager. You will be managing all the social media channels, running campaigns that sustain an engaging audience experience and increase audience satisfaction. You will be researching and analyzing social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. You will also be responsible for collaborating with various company departments to promote the overall brand through social media channels.
Job Responsibility
- ● Overseeing all company social media accounts.
- ● Developing engaging, creative, innovative content for scheduled posts to enlighten the target audience and promote brand awareness.
- ● Managing social media team members, including content writers and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance and direction.
- ● Analyzing the company’s social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns.
- ● Analyzing social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- ● Interviewing new hires and training social media team members.
- ● Working along with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.
- ● Monitoring and developing reports on competitors’ social media campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- ● Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Social Media Management Certifications.
- ● Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Advertising, and Content Creation.
- ● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- ● Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency.
